By accessing or using this website and services, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any new features and tools.

WHO CAN USE OUR ONLINE STORE
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you. Make Me Tonight sewing patterns are the property and copyright of Make Me Tonight Ltd. The copyright relates to all aspects of the pattern, including garment design, illustrations, diagrams, photographic images and all text.
Our patterns are intended for individual use and reproducing them in any form is strictly prohibited. You may not sell commercially garments made from Make Me Tonight patterns.
The entire content of this website, including clothing pattern designs, illustrations, photographs, logo, copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights it contains, including the use of the name Make Me Tonight is the sole property of Make Me Tonight Ltd.
You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your network to material posted on the Make Me Tonight site. You do not have permission to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this website or use any such content in connection with any commercial enterprise.
The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Make Me Tonight Ltd. DIGITAL DOWNLOAD AND PRINTED PATTERN INFO AND REFUND POLICY
Our online shop is hosted by Wix.com. On confirmation of payment we/Wix.com supply, via email, a digital download link to access digital products. This link will expire 24 hours after it is first clicked. Customers must access and download the files within this timeframe.
Make Me Tonight Ltd can elect to resend the digital download link to customers after the 24 hour period has expired if the customer contacts us.
We do not offer refunds on our digital products.
However, should an error or issue be found in a digital product, Make Me Tonight will supply a corrected file, and supply a new download link for customers to access the product.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
PRINTED PATTERNS
We do not offer refunds on our printed patterns but should there be a discrepancy in an order placed relating to quantity or style or said order fails to be delivered by post within 14 days from the order being placed, a new order will be dispatched free of charge. Our printed patterns are available for customers based in the UK only.
YOUR COMMENTS, UPLOADS AND FEEDBACK
We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party You recognize and agree that by uploading any content (including, but not limited to designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, interfaces, text and literary works) through any means to the website, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content. You agree and consent that the uploaded/transferred content may be publicly displayed at the website.
If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.
